1. About Power Mining Hedge

Power Mining Hedge (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Power Mining Hedge, a regulated financial and investment company registered in the United Arab Emirates and the Cayman Islands. We provide investment, trading, mining, and related financial services globally, subject to applicable regulations.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including identity verification for KYC/KYB compliance.
• We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts at our discretion if provided information is false, incomplete, or suspicious.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your region when using our platform.

4. Deposits, Payments & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bank transfer, approved cryptocurrencies, and PayPal (where available).
• All funds must be from legal sources. Suspicious transactions may be frozen or reported per AML/CFT regulations.
• Withdrawals are processed weekly, except on Fridays and Saturdays. Withdrawal limits and fees may apply.

5. Investment, Trading & Platform Use

• All investments carry inherent risks, including possible loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• We use risk management and insurance but do not guarantee profits.
• You must review and accept any specific terms or disclosures before participating in new products (mining, loans, etc).

6. Prohibited Activities

• No use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• No attempts to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.
• No false claims, chargebacks, or money laundering.
• No unauthorized use of Power Mining Hedge branding, content, or intellectual property.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Power Mining Hedge or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any material without written consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of uninterrupted access, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of data, except as required by law.
• In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraud, or regulatory risk, with or without notice.
• Remaining funds will be returned to your verified payment method, unless prohibited by law or investigation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, or business changes. Significant updates will be communicated via email or platform alerts. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or the competent courts of Scotland, unless otherwise required by law.
